Auctioneer trusted with a 1.5 million dollar horse. Why not a house?

Auctioneer trusted with a 1.5 million dollar horse. Why not a house?

Recently in Scottsdale, Arizona World Champion Auctioneer, Joseph Mast made the history books. Selling a Arabian Filly for a commanding total of 1,550,000 dollars in an event held by Marquise Auctions. The Auctioneer sold a total of 13 lots consisting of Champion Bloodline horses. The Black Tie Event garnered some of the worlds foremost Arabian Breeders.

Normal 1488231329 Joseph Mast Marquise Arabian AuctionAuction brings buyers and sellers worldwide.

Breeders from Ecuador, Brasil, Qatar and the United States rounded out the consignor list. The prestigious OM EL Erodite of OM EL ARAB LLC, a U.S. based farm sold the filly for one million five hundred fifty thousand dollars to an undisclosed Florida Farm Owner. The Auction sought many bidders from the America's and abroad.

Selling Real Property with Wealthy Customers. Yes Auctions are Viable.

So we ask the question in this forum. Why not trust an Auctioneer to sell your house, land or other real estate? Many sellers may not understand that selling at Auction is more about marketing than bidding. In order to get the bidders an Auctioneer will market real assets to multiples of buyer groups. Accelerated marketing brings urgency to the marketplace.

Ask an Auctioneer for a Marketing Plan

Many think as well as make the statement, "I will not give my house away". Auctioneers are not in the business to give anything away. Just the opposite. Auctioneers are in the habit of getting the highest possible price for many types of assets including Real Property, Collections and yes, High Value Horses.

Get a second opinion about the marketing plan and the health thereof. Not all marketing plan are created equal. Many Auctioneers are trained to give a proposal to advertise prior to selling real or personal property. Auctioneers that are members of the Certified Auctioneers Institute have special training dedicated to marketing and advertising.
