Today I am going to cover the most basic steps to getting into the Real Estate Investment World.

Many of us are intimidated when it comes to making the jump into investing in Real Estate, Why? simple... It's Expensive $$$$ ( WRONG!!) If you spend hours every month driving around town, surfing the web, or taking with other investors trying to find the right property to invest I can completely understand why you think it may be to costly for you to jump into.

1) you need to find out what you actually qualify for, why? - Because until you know what you actually can afford ( and believe me its usually way more than you would have thought) you don't know what you should be looking at.

Talking to a Loan Officer and getting pre-qualified for a mortgage is FREE!!! Yes, that is right I said FREE.. what this means is once you have been qualified you can now start to narrow your property search down to the specific price range that you now know you qualify for and can actually afford.

2) Stop Wasting Time- Now that you are pre qualified you need to find a property. Do yourself a favor and dont waste countless days, weeks, months or even years trying to find that unicorn.  There are professionals that are willing to help for FREE!! yes again you do have professionals that know the market you are in and exactly what you are looking for and on top of that have access to the "MLS" ( the book of properties on one sheet that can be narrowed down to the exact properties that you qualify for)
