2016 A year of Accomplishing Many Goals

In 2016 I finally took the leap of faith and bought my first investment property. I was a little nervous doing it on my own and I finally know what it feels like when I work with buyers who are emotionally attached to a home. I purchased a 2 family side by side duplex and am house hacking.  I renovated the kitchen on one side to help to increase the value of the home as well rented out one of the sides for $1250.
