How to _____________as a beginning investor
So i'm new to the business. I'm full of excitement, courage (no not liquid) and dreams yet to be fulfilled. I've let go of my past and i reflect on those past failures as learning experiences to give me the (street smarts) real world applicable knowledge to take on the real estate venture with confidence and muster knowing that I'm not the brightest bulb in the box but i'm surely not the one that's burnt out either.
So at this point Ive read a ton of books, went to and paid for seminars put on by so called "real estate guru's" and still here I am about to dip my toe in at the edge of the pool.
So i ask this to who has been there before me, what do i do. I have analysis paralysis.
Im going to join the local REIA and try to start networking and branching out from there.
I signed up for the clever investor fast track program after much research and so far its really good and packed with a TON of relevant practical usable information. Problem is there is so much info, i don't even know where to start. So i joined BP to begin networking because I found BP and started to read the blogs and quickly realized that there was thousands of people out there just like me and people that are way further along in the game that seem willing to share their real world experiences and knowledge which i find very refreshing in the age of information overload, BP seems to have cleared the air and cut the fat off the bone as far as unverified knowledge. Of course there are still peoples opinions but that is part of what makes it real and fun.
I could go on and on, any more suggestions on how to network and build my power team and get in touch with people that can steer me along the correct path to wholesaling and multifamily acquisitions...........................i await the community
