Good Realtors are not that hard to find....

I have always worked with realtors.. either in the past or all the way up to the present... Though, I've had some bad experiences with a few realtors, it doesn't mean that all realtors are not investor friendly.. 

Once I got back into the real estate market, I immediately acquire the need for any help locating gems... I have to say that the first three realtors that I dealt with when I decided to work in the northern NJ markets, were ABSOLUTE MONSTERS.!! But I found a few offices that are truly understandable when it comes to investors. Heck!! I had bad experiences with mortgage lenders in the Southern/Central NJ areas. However, I got through it... and any aspect of the real estate business is the same way. 

All that I am saying is, not all realtors are bad or ugly... Some of them are GOOD!..
