Why do you need a different website for RV & Boat Storage?

You might have the most beautiful website on the planet for your self-storage facility, but that won’t do you much good if you are trying to bring in RV and boat storage customers. You need a professional website that focuses just on this demographic. If you are going to be judged based on your website, at least make sure that you are marketing the right thing.

When you design your website, make sure that it is professional and inviting. You want to draw your potential renters to your website so that they will want to rent with you. Make sure that you are using pictures of RVs and boats. Let them know that they are what you specialize in.

People who use RVs and boats live a certain lifestyle. Your website needs to capture that and reflect it back to them. Show pictures of people boating, use the great outdoors to invite people to dive into your website.

If your website is easy to use, and it invites your potential renter in, then they will be able to learn more about the services that you may offer. Make sure that they can rent a spot over the internet. People like easy and there is nothing easier than being able to fill in the information online and push a button to be finished. If you are not comfortable letting them rent online, at least let them be able to reserve a spot so that your manager can have everything prepared when they arrive.

One of the most important things about your website is that it needs to have a call to action. Tell your potential renters how to rent from you and invite them to do so. There are a lot of people who just need that final instruction of push the button to reserve your spot now. This encouragement can get a lot of customers to stop looking at this point and start renting.

Finally, you need a website specifically for your RV and boat storage if you offer services. If you are going to prepare people’s vehicles or pull them out so that the vehicle is ready when they get there, then you need to have a way for them to make those requests. By letting people know what services you offer and making those services easy to use, you are more likely to have more business.

Your website is the face of your business. Make sure that you like the way it looks. Make sure that it is easy to use and intuitive. Find ways to invite your potential renters to explore your website so that they will see your call to action and act and reserve a spot. As always, happy investing.
