Got My Real Estate License - What do I do now?

So I just passed the State Real Estate Exam - What Now?

What the hell have I gotten into? This is amazing! I can't believe not even a couple of months ago I had no idea or aspirations in being in Real Estate, but here I am. My email has been blown up by a number of brokerages offering me positions to be a Real Estate Agent full-time. My job is okay. I don't necessarily hate it or anything, but I need more income. I also know that I can't just drop the job because it would be damn-near impossible to get a loan from a lender for my first property. I'm in a quagmire.

I've scheduled some appointments with a CPA to discuss tax items including what to do with all these expenses regarding my Real Estate License and my education period. Asides from food and the items necessary to keep from developing an odor, I don't think I've spent my money on much of anything BUT Real Estate education.

Mobile Home Wealth?

Right now I'm reading "Mobile Home Wealth" by Zalman Velvel. Dude - this guy is a legend! His book has a lot of the same material from Brandon's No-and-Low-Money Down book, but with an emphasis on Mobile Homes. Stu Silver (aka Uncle Stu aka Uncle Zally aka The Mobile Home Man aka How do you not love this guy already?) is a real estate investor and former appraiser who seems to be in Southwest Florida, my local area. He's on my short list of inspirational people and once I build up the fortitude - I definitely want to engage in conversation. He seems extremely bright and a constant learner - which I truly respect. How do you even go about something like that? "Oh hey - my name is Jose. I want to know how you became a multi-millionaire, even though I read your book and know exactly how". This like asking the hottest girl in class to go to prom knowing she's not going to give you the time of day! Slowly I'm beginning to realize - THAT'S ALL LIFE IS! The constant asking the hot girl to prom. That 10% you get the "yes" - make it all worth it? Sounds like it.
