Books that I have read and I am currently reading

I have been listening to many Audio books.  I started with Rich Dad Poor Dad.  I was very intrigued by this book.  So much so that I bought a paper copy of it and his board game.  I found the paper book was great because I could high light and make notes where as with audio I am usually driving and cannot write down my thoughts or play with my phone ect. I have listened to a lot of audio books that I think other people should listen too.

Grant Cardone books Sell or be Sold,If Your Not First Your Last, The Closers Guide, the Millionaire Play Book, Be Obsessed or be Average,

Dave Jenks Gary Keller The Millionaire real state agent,

Gary Keller The one thing

Dave Ramsey The total money make over

Robert Kiyosoky Rich dad poor dad

George Clason The Richest man in babylon

I have read others.  I would like other peoples take on these books what you learned what you took from them.

I find listening to audio books is only half the battle and therefore half helping.  I believe I need to get the paper books take my notes and then follow through.

This year I want to purchase a new house.  I want to rent out the house I am in.  I would like to make a profit but that will only be to put in the fund for house repairs.  I plan to be on BP every day and set goals.  My wife is supportive.  I would like to move faster but she does not want me to run off and get us in debt for no good reason.  So I will grind and learn and grind some more.

Any books that any one wants to recommend I will read them.   Currently I am reading What You do is Who You are, by Ben Horowitz.  I like this book.  It points out issues I have in my own life with the way I talk to people and how I act and what I do.
