Being an agent is all about not being afraid to adapt.

If there’s anything we’ve learned over the last two years, it’s that the unexpected happens — and agents that can pivot and thrive in any environment have nothing but upside.

Sometimes we need to adapt when a promising deal falls through or when a niche market doesn’t work in our favor.

As we head into 2022, remember this — the ability to pivot and quickly change course is one of the most important skills an agent can cultivate.

As 2021 comes to an end, we want to celebrate all the incredible agents who made groundbreaking progress through our referral program.

Talk about ending the year with a bang — these were several wins we just had to share:

• - Kelly Kellett has submitted her 100th deal in November!!! We are so excited to have so many great investment opportunities being presented from Kelly and her team in Clarksville, TN! Kelly has proven, the more deals you submit on our platform, the more deals you will close with our investors!
• - Chris Lance decided to push his business to the next level by doing a powerful Market Mastermind Presentation to our group of 300+ investors. The investors loved learning more about Chris’ market, commenting that his expertise was very evident. No question he will be closing even more deals with investors after this incredibly informative market presentation!
• - Mike Swenson joined our bootcamp in March, and has gotten his whole team of agents involved on the agents invest platform, Between Mike, and several of his buyer’s agents, they have sold 18 properties to investors in our network in the last 5 months. Proving team work makes the dream work!

BOOTCAMP WINS

And of course, we couldn’t forget the THRIVING agents taking action in our Boot Camp. We were beyond floored to hear about these wins:
