Of course, there’s a bit more legwork on the backend to make sure you can invest remotely. After traveling abroad almost every summer with my family, here’s how I make it work for me:
- Investor Agents Send Me Deals - I partner with investor agents who give me all the details I need to analyze any deal. Details like price, rents (current and fair market), estimated renovations, ARV, location, and so on.
- I Analyze the Deal - I use my Deal Analysis Calculator so I can analyze the deal to determine if it’s profitable.
- I Write An Offer (Or Not) - Depending on what the calculator says, I’ll either write an offer or pass until another one comes along. If I do want to move forward, I’ll make the offer subject to inspection, email my bank to wire the earnest money, and take it through due diligence to verify everything.
Then go back to enjoying my balcony view, of course.
