How To Build Investment Teams Out Of State

As a lot of you already know, I live just outside of Seattle, Washington, which is one of the hottest real estate markets in the country. I have been investing for a long time and I have never had as much trouble finding deals locally as I am now. The lack of good deals in Washington state pushed me to start looking into out of state investment opportunities. 

In Washington I had already built my investment team and it was just a matter of finding deals and pulling the trigger, but when I started looking out of state I discovered it was really hard to find agents and property managers who were taking on new clients and were experienced with out of state investors. 

Through trial and error and a lot of research I have been building investment teams in cities across the country so that I can invest out of state with a smooth and easy process, where the deals are in spades! 

After seeing my success in out of state investing a lot of my investor friends started asking me for my investor friendly contacts in other states, and I realized I could do a lot to help other investors by sharing the contacts I had collected.
