How a California Real Estate Company is Google # 7

With so many real estate companies in every state all having websites and Blogs along with their individual agents, no wonder it is difficult to get into Google Top 10 Search Rankings.
One of my clients, a California real estate company, today (March 6, 2017) is Google Search Ranked # 7 for the keywords “San Diego Closing Costs” for a Blog post I wrote six days ago.
Here is a Screenshot of today’s Google search:
Normally, it could take Google weeks to discover the blog post and even then not rank it very high for its search results.
However, this is not the first time one of my blog posts got high Google Search Rankings in less than a week. I published an article about that in the big marketing website, Digital Doughnut, nearly one year ago:
It Just Took 5 Days for Google to Rank My Last Blog Post
Since April 21, 2016, my blog post is now ranked # 1 and # 2 by Google along with my LinkedIn post promoting it being Ranked # 4 by Google. Here is a Screenshot from today’s (March 6, 2017) Google Search Rankings:
Social media promotions
Google can discover recent blog posts faster with a little help from Social Media. Starting with Google’s own Google+ (Plus), you can promote your blog posts with a brief notice announcing the publication of your new blog post including the title and a link to its URL.That’s all it takes.
In addition, you can promote it on your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tmblr, Pinterest, and other social media platforms. It doesn’t hurt to promote it here on BiggerPockets, as well.
Conclusion
You can use promotions of your blog posts in your social media platforms to get Google to notice them faster. It also helps to use authors with good online reputations. Of course, every blog post needs quality content for higher Google Search Rankings.
