Hook, Story and Closing New Sellers

Follow the hook, story and close formula to market to capture sellers' attention and find more deals.

  • Hook: Grab your sellers' attention with an ad or sign that makes them want to reach out to you.
  • Story: Once the potential seller reaches out, let him or her know your story so he or she can relate to you and feel comfortable working with you.
  • Close: Make a reasonable offer that will help the seller and get him or her cash in three or four days.
