- Hook: Grab your sellers' attention with an ad or sign that makes them want to reach out to you.
- Story: Once the potential seller reaches out, let him or her know your story so he or she can relate to you and feel comfortable working with you.
- Close: Make a reasonable offer that will help the seller and get him or her cash in three or four days.
