Three Phases of a Marketing Funnel

There are three phases to a successful marketing funnel for real estate investors:

Phase One: Gathering traffic online and offline. This means conducting social media campaigns as well as direct mailings and attending meet up groups. When you connect with a potential client, move him or her into phase two.

Phase Two: Offer them something of value, such as a free report or comparative market analysis. Be sure to get as many email addresses, phone numbers or other contact information as possible to prepare for phase three.

Phase Three: Follow up over and over again. Turn each potential client into a client and then a repeat client. Ask for referrals from past and current clients as well as your professional network.
