Where To Find Experienced Investors

Let’s say you’re an agent and want to work with experienced investors or you’re a wholesaler and want to sell some of your deals to these buyers. Maybe you want to learn from the experienced investors. So, how do you locate these other experienced investors that you want to work with?

Well, they hang out at meetup groups and real estate investing association groups. Take a look at those signs you see on the side of the road that say “we buy houses” or check out properties that are under construction and pop in. We see many of them at our monthly meetup groups too. There are lots of different ways to get in touch with experienced investors.

Quick tip - anyone that has purchased more than 2 or 3 properties in the last 12 months are most likely experienced investors because they’re out there buying properties over and over.

There are a lot of resources you can gain from experienced investors - you can utilize their services, learn from them, buy or sell from them. So if you need to get in touch with them, hopefully you found these tips helpful!
