Mapping Marketing Plans

Marketing is important in real estate but in order to be successful, you need a game plan. Consistency is key; you can't send out one or two pieces and expect amazing results.

The best way to set up a marketing plan is using a timeline or calendar. Plan out what days you're going to do what. You might do the same thing on a certain day of the week or month to use repetition to get your point across.

To create the timeline, start with your end goal and work backwards. For example, if your goal is to sell a home, write down ways to get the home in front of potential buyers.
