Attention Investors: Do Not Let This Happen To You!

I just took over the property management on a property that was just not dealt with correctly!

When you invest, you have a responsibility for the investment, to yourself, the Property Manager, and your Tenants. If you work with the wrong people, or try to cut corners, bad things usually happen.

There are no short cuts in real estate!
