The Motivation Carrot

Interesting Image Trevor sent me message...more like a pitch...but I will pass it on. Trevor is associated with Investor Carrot (one of the lead sources when I used the keyword "motivate seller" and he indicated that it can be frustrating driving traffic to a real estate investor website. He stated that...

while some customers are in markets where the traffic quality is not an issue. he quipped that others "aren't seeing big jumps in traffic with their SEO and content marketing strategies."

I agree with him that a web site is an extension of the real estate investor and would need to be a good fit. He went on and said

"If you want more leads with no extra traffic you need to focus on conversion rates." Here in an overview is what he related:

Conversion rates are the amount of people that hit your website and then take an action (like fill out a form).

"Additionally, I believed in the fact that the web sites and lead
pages converted well and that's what really is the
most important thing next to being easily found." - Juan T (InvestorCarrot Member)

Trevor is a salesman promoting web sites that convert...and probably for a pretty penny (not a woman). Your money...your hard earned money that you received at closing. How long did it take to get a quality lead...let alone that one can say a "motivated seller"?

If it took more than 5-seconds...maybe, just maybe you might benefit from the webinar that I went to because locating the "motivated seller" will need to convert to get the payoff

Take Action are two words that everyone uses to get / generate an "organic" lead, a definite sale, or just buy-in to receive a newsletter...whatever and it is usually a "pitch" the idea to "elevate" an individual's why which is resolved by the prospect making an "informed decision" based on valuable content on the web site. So...

Go ahead make  your day

Here is Trevor's elevator pitch see if this is going to put your real estate business in hyperdrive...or if it is just hype...you be the judge...I am just the messenger.

Carrot websites convert really well. But that is not by accident. We have tested hundreds of different elements, copy, layouts, colors, and have found a combination that builds credibility, makes it easy to opt in and looks great on all devices.

You can make these same changes on your website. Even if you are NOT a Carrot member.

We ran a webinar a couple weeks back. View it here >>>

It covers 16 different tests you can run to increase the conversion on your website.

It is an awesome call. View the webinar, download the free checklist and get implementing.

Let us know if you have any questions.

PS - of course if you don't have time to test these conversion ideas you can always take a demo of Carrot and see if it is a fit. As mentioned above all Carrot sites come with these conversion tactics baked in.

  1. While it IS a webinar and the pitch is to "buy" a web site that converts; there are other web designers and mobile app developers that can and will do web sites as "landing pages" that serve as electronic salespersons (videos) for less than a cup of coffee...
