The power of BP and self education.

BP Community, It is amazing how much I have learned within 2 weeks of being a member and discovering the podcasts and endless education material here. I am looking to be a buy and hold investor with many rental properties one day. I especially want to own beach vacation homes on my favorite getaway, Crystal Beach, TX on Bolivar Peninsula. My goal is to own one of those homes by my 30th birthday, which is over 5 years away. Right now, I am in the education phase of my journey and plan to learn all I can, but in the past week I have met agents, looked at homes, done comps on potential rental property deals, looked at a home in my hometown that is FSBO, and so much more. I feel like I already have a few years of experience under my belt and I haven't even purchased on home yet! It is truly incredible. Nothing beats persistence in reaching your goals and self education can make you a great life, so I will be taking in all I can from BP and analyzing many deals for a few months in order to become an expert. I recommend to everyone I talk to!
