New "Coffee Shop" project - a French Cottage lifestyle!

So, here we were, going through the negotiations with the bank, owner, and bankruptcy court - learning a great new deal on the short sale process and gaining tons of experience. Well guess what?! Beginning of this week we got word from our realtor that the bank has approved our offer price and closing will be by the end of this month. This is exciting!!!

This project will be a new construction of twin-homes. The property currently has a home on it with a separate mother-in-law suite in the back. Both those structures will be torn down after closing. Now the building plans can be started and we have to begin the process on the HML. We love this business...
