Second property under contract (12 days ago that is)!

YES!! My second property is under contract. Took me until now (12 days from signing) to share this awesome news!

This will add another 4 rooms to our student rental portfolio, which will give us a total of 9 rental units!!

Stay tuned, #3 is hopefully around the corner!
