Manchester Market - 05/16/2016

The last week in Manchester, New Hampshire has introduced six new listings to the market, and more under contract.  Once again, we see a lot of new inventory go under agreement in two week's time, and older inventory continuing to sit on the market.  On average, prices seem to be climbing in each segment of the market.  Lock in a property while the prices are still low!
