Manchester Market - 05/02/2015

Only three new listings on the market in Manchester, New Hampshire this week (two of which are re-listed).  Not much new inventory to speak of as more properties go under contract and fewer come on the market.  Properties that are priced well tend to sell fast, and at or over asking, while all of the rest tends to sit on the market.  If you're buying, be ready to come in with a strong offer.  If you're selling, be willing to price your property competitively.
