A New Website Without Pain!

I have just subscribed to Investor Carrot with their Content Pro package and I am really impressed by the quality of this website that is virtually "Done For You." I have both created my own websites as well as purchase the "done for you" ones and I can say that this one really exceeded my expectations. 

The website that I use the most for motivated seller leads connects to my CMS and thus was made for me by that system. It is pretty good but is really just a squeeze page that is difficult to rank on Google because it is just not "Mobile Friendly." I know that the trend is toward mobile internet use and having a mobile friendly website is a major quality that Google uses to rank websites.

So I bit the bullet and signed up! A couple of clicks and I had assigned my newly purchased domain name to the new Investor Carrot site. Stepped through some simple steps to personalize the site and then decided to act like a visitor and actually explore it. Those of you who are familiar with Investor Carrot sites know what I'm talking about but this is a fine website, perfectly tailored as my motivated seller website. I pulled it up on my phone and confirmed it as mobile friendly...and not just adequate, but excellent. A very comfortable experience on a smart phone.

The training that Investor Carrot provides is great with a lot of videos full of specific content to help you not only set up but optimize your new website. I've done a lot of SEO for previous websites I have owned and learned the hard way that you don't try to "Game" Google. The guys at Investor Carrot know this well so you can simply follow their instructions and advice to get your site moving up the rankings. I've made a few mistakes with SEO in the past and had websites de-indexed by Google...couldn't find them for over a year so pay attention to their advice on this.

In addition to their built in SEO on the site, the content pro package provides scheduled content that automatically posts every week! This is so key to impressing the Google bot which loves crawling your site and finding new content to index. And the Investor Carrot guys have made sure this content is not just a bunch of spam (Google hates spam). I personally don't mind blogging every now and then but having a website that automatically adds relevant content with great keywords already optimized for my business every week for me just makes me want to break into my happy dance! (Nobody wants to see that so I won't...)
