I am still a newbie and I am interested in keeping in touch and sharing information to help as much as i can by building a relationship in trust and knowledge.

I have learned a lot over the past 10 months since my introduction into the business and have coaches and I also would like to build a war chest through wholesaling...

I currently reside in Hawthorne Ca, near EL Segundo, Gardena, Inglewood, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Torrance, and many more. I am positive and engaged.

I have access to prop stream, and for the next 9 months or so to Prop farm I joined Advance Real Estate Education and believe I have had some of the best training in the world, I have no partner and doing this alone with having anyone to bounce questions and scenarios off of kind of sucks...

I will be successful; I will achieve my goals, dreams and business objectives.

I have access to HMLs and other forms of investment vehicles but I lack skin in the game that's why I need to do Wholesale deals make offers and work with other investors to that end I need that war chest. My app for cooperate credit is being evaluated as I write.

I have for the past several days have engaged in writing a business Plan,

So far I have follow the procedures in decide if this is the best that I can do and is it the right business for me. I knew it was from the first moment I decided to take this journey and now this Business Plan gives me more clarity and focus.

Now I am defining the type of business of being a Real Estate Investor

Answer: Project Development:

Someone who buys at a bargain price rehabs the property for equity and sells for a profit, holds for Passive income or flips to another investor for a fee!

The problem Statement At this time I am trying to define any help in this area are appreciated

Answer: Property that's in distress, financial distress or problems that arise requiring intervention of some kind from someone who may have the answers to their financial problem!
