The increase in Activity

Seeing the Activity in areas around me is encouraging and exciting at the same time,

Those areas are in All in California, I work for a company that I drive around all day to different companies to diagnose and Repair issues with their equipment. This company I work in and served for the past 34 years and I am winding down to embark on this new journey.

The area are Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, I live in and around the area of Hawthorne Ca and the surrounding areas are Inglewood, Gardena, El Segundo and Lawndale all are Cities inside of Los Angeles CA.

I have done research in all of these areas and since I am a newbie the Difficultly I find is finding The DEAL. Their are so many Investors and Realtors vying for the same properties I search for daily..

But I continue the journey to find that proverbial  needle in the hay stack, Still I have tools to implement and actions to complete for my business to operate at maximum once the ball gets really rolling. 

I Have a buyer who wants Land that's ready to go in areas where the properties sell for $400,000 to 1 million an a lot size about 1 acre... Tell me about it These are requirements that I thought would be no problem to find. 

Anyway I am about to search and complete some things that I have been working on to Market and get more leads too do deals I know it's a numbers game "So game on"
