Investing in Real Estate in the Dominican Republic

I decided to change my life style from coastal Connecticut USA to coastal Caribbean Dominican Republic.  It has been exciting  living and working in a fast growing area.  The north coast of the country is on the up-swing.  The addition of a new cruise port Carnival Cruise Lines just opened, Port Amber, has the area in a spin.  The energy, excitement and improvements that are occurring have attracted more visitors from around the world.  Where ever you go there is new construction and remodeling.  It's a great time to jump on board because in a few years the prices will soar..
