Last week I downloaded a PDF copy of  contact information for real estate assessors located in Manassas and the greater Northern Virginia region. It is a great resource which was originally compiled by the Assessor for Manassas Park City, Richard Sanderson.

NOTE: According to the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, the Northern Virginia Region includes the counties of Arlington, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, Madison, Orange, Prince William and Rappahannock, and the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas, and Manassas Park. The counties of Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock are not included in the Washington-Arlington-Alexandria, DC-VA-MD-WV Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA).
