Finder's Fee

I'm working on my second marketing campaign in Orlando, FL and I had my first call this evening from another investor who is wholesaling a property that is in Dunnellon, FL 34432. I've posted the property on sites like Craigslsit and Backpage and contacted a buyer I know of in hopes she is interested or knows another buyer! I'm new to the game so I can definitely understand now why they say networking is your most important method of finding leads and or buyers! If anyone can think of another method or other sites of posting the property, the feedback is appreciated!

  1. Since your new, your have an obvious disadvantage.  Its important you go to social networking events and establish yourself a expertise in this industry (even if your not).  Perception and how you carry yourself will take kick start things.  How you execute will carry your success.

    1. Michael,

Thank you for the advice. I'm taking this to heart and going to an REI meeting this evening. Going to kick start my networking!

  2. Glenn,

Thanks so much for the tip! I'll have to spend more time learning my way around here in BP!

  3. Hi Ivonne, I'm new to the game as well, but I'm on BP every day trying to learn as much as I can.  And I see posts like this all the time in the 'Marketplace', but I believe you have to upgrade to a 'Pro' to post in there, so not sure if it's that serious for you to do that, but I just thought I'd share my 2 cents. :)  Best of luck to you!
