Invest with Friends at KC Metro Homes
KC Metro Homes began as a one-man show with founder, Mark Edmondson creating the company in 2010. However, as time passed, it became a family business when son-in-law, Todd Crippen, joined the team. Shortly after, Devin Baer, Todd’s friend from college came aboard as well. They wanted the company to be a place where people not only wanted to work, but also hang out.
On July 19th, to allow others to get to know us and our company, we had a get together to celebrate our interns and our administrative assistant. There was a mix of friends, family, and clients who came to celebrate our staff. Food and drinks were provided along with games of all kinds. We wanted those who came to get a feel for how we operate on a day-to-day basis. The games our guests played were ones that are often played during lunch at the office. This culture is meant to promote a positive, collaborative atmosphere, which makes it easy to relay that culture and feeling when communicating with our clients.
Our new home at the Scarritt Building in downtown Kansas City, allows us to provide this kind of atmosphere for our staff and clients. We now have space to have these events, while having enough space to grow.
Even though we like to play hard, we like to work even harder. Our clients always take top priority. It is our goal to make sure that everything runs smoothly for those who invest with us and that they have a good experience. We want our investors to have fun with the company they invest with. Experience is everything and at KC Metro Homes we want to make sure that every investing experience is smooth and fun.
