Defining Key Terms: turnkey

As a company, we realize that everyone is exposed to thousands of new words, new ideas, and concepts daily. Because we are exposed to so many different words and ideas it is hard to understand them without doing research. Just to put this into perspective, UTNE reader stated "…It is a fascinating fact is that if you go online and visit 200 web pages in one day—which is a simple task when you could email, blogs, Youtube, etc.—you'll see on average 490,000 words."  Our hope is to make understanding our industry and company easy to help minimize the amount of necessary research. We are doing this by explaining key terms and concepts.

Our first word is: "Turnkey"

-A fully renovated home or apartment building that an investor can purchase and immediately earn cash flow. Firms may also offer property management services to buyers, minimizing the amount of time and effort they have to put into the rental.

Because there are so many different words, concepts, and companies on the Internet, we want to make it easier on you and explain why KC Metro Homes is the best turnkey company. Our company has bought, sold, and owned over 40 Million in Real Estate in the past seven years. Each of our properties are carefully selected, professionally inspected, repaired, cleaned, and a tenant in place prior to being offered for sale. We only sell homes that we would personally own. More importantly, KC Metro Homes understands and values customer relationships as we are a family-owned business.

Keep a look out for our future blog posts explaining other key terms and concepts.
