Our Story
Mark Edmondson has been involved in real estate investing for over 20 years. His passion for the industry snowballed year after year. During his 25 year tenure as Vice President of Fleet Services at Enterprise Rent-a-Car, and a second battle against cancer, he developed a strong desire to distance himself from the unaccommodating corporate grind by finally letting his entrepreneurial spirit take control of the wheel.
Starting out in Investment Lending gave Mark the foundation to build his own investment company, KC Metro Homes.
In 2010, Mark founded one of the first Turnkey Real Estate companies in the Kansas City Metro. It was this niche where he learned to, “Do one thing, and be the best at it.” It was this philosophy that lead to devoting himself to locating quality single-family homes and offering them as passive income opportunities to investors all over the world.
In early 2016, Mark’s son-in-law, Todd, joined the team after graduating law school, overseeing the acquisition and sales process. By the end of 2016, Mark and Todd made plans to move into bigger office space, at the Historic Scarritt Building in Downtown Kansas City, to help accommodate the substantial growth of KC Metro Homes.
