When To Use Hard Money

Many investors wonder when and how to use hard money. Under most circumstances, people will either use hard money to buy, fix and and flip a property or do a cash out refinance against a property they currently own. They can also buy , fix and refinance or even use the money as a bridge loan. The possibilities are really endless as the goal with hard money is to remain liquid and leverage the ability to buy more properties while keeping cash in the investors account.
