There is a major power shift coming in the next 10 - 15 years and the students sitting in college classrooms now will be a big part of that. As investors we are still marketing to the people that have the money/equity/properties and trying to communicate via the channels they use for information. It's the reason that postcards and hard copies of information still work. Investors are getting in touch with the people that currently can make decisions on financial situations. In 10-15 years, that wealth will be past down and the form of marketing will be fully shifted to a digital platform. Investors looking for deals now have to be aware of this and should be appealing to both forms during the transition.
