The Moment Money Matters - Operational Simplicity

One thing I have learned in business is that in most cases, complexity usually leads to the inability to implement or execute. The more complex a task or process is, the harder it is to complete. It sounds like an obvious statement but I have seen business operations made much more complex than they have to be. I have found that the more simple a process is, the easier it is to implement and therefor the more likely it is to have an actual impact on the business itself.
