Gary Jonas - How Has The Market Changed From When You Started?

Gary Jonas was asked the question "How has the real estate market changed since you started?" His answer was very unique to a real estate developers perspective. He said that since he has entered the game, he has seen Philadelphia explode with an influx of people and job growth. This then lead to the boom of areas like Northern Liberties and Fishtown. He also has seen Philadelphia have a lot more acceptance of real estate product such as a one bedroom condo which 10 years ago seemed crazy to most people.
