Most importantly, he discusses what the company is doing to prepare for a market turn or softening. Like everyone else, John doesn't know exactly when that moment will happen, but he knows it will. In order to be ready, How Properties acquires projects that financially make sense in both a good market and a weaker one. They are prepared for the properties to have positive cash flow in either set of conditions. John is a high level operator, so it is certainly worth listening to his advice.
