Sean Schellenger is one of the most dominant players in the Philadelphia real estate market. He has built an empire in the new construction world and delivers an incredible product via a "streamlined" process. Sean is the CEO of Streamline Solutions and he recently partnered with TCS Management on a venture that made a lot of sense. From years of building new properties, Sean began to manage properties for owners. He decided that the management business was not for him so the natural step was to partner with TCS Management and have them manage his 3rd party portfolio of properties. He wanted the best management company in the city to service his clients' management needs and so the TCS and Streamline partnership was born.
