Environment Matters - Infect People

Many people spend more time at work during their lives than they do in almost anything else. Because of this, it is a very smart idea for business owners to create an environment that people like to work in. This means physically having an office that is comfortable, enjoyable and dare I say 'FUN'. Talented people that fit in the culture you are creating will really respect and enjoy coming to work. This is what you want as it creates an infectious atmosphere where people like where they are and who they work with. If it is done correctly, people will find genuine happiness in their job, their coworkers and enjoy the work place. You will know it is working when work doesn't feel like work. If we are going to spend so much time at work, why not go ahead and enjoy it?
