George Johnson Interview - CEO of R.C.A.

The larger deals get in the real estate world, the smaller the circle of people that do them. Because there are so few people doing large deals, they tend to all know each other and it is also a mysterious world to most investors. George Johnson is the CEO of Rittenhouse Capital Advisors. He was nice enough to sit down and give a candid and thorough look into the world of funding multi million dollar deals. It is surprisingly not as hard people think if they are working with the right funding. George is looking for some very specific and logical criteria when analyzing a deal. With just a few numbers and pieces of information, he can tell right away if there is a strong project on the table. Don't miss what George has to say as not many people get to peek behind the curtain into the world of large multi million dollar deals.
