How To - Buy/Hold Analysis With Chris Somers - The Somers Team

Chris Somers will be on this weeks video series discussing his experiences with investors and how his clients analyze a deal with their particular strategy in mind. Chris has several kinds of clients that focus on buy and holds and each has their own niche or method to investing. He discusses how some of his clients will accept slightly lower cash flow in order to be in areas that have the potential for a lot of appreciation. He also has other clients that have much higher cash flow but accept the fact that the location they are investing in doesn't appear to have a high chance at a boom any time soon. Chris has a lot of experience after doing so many transactions in Philadelphia so his information is gold.
