Long Distance Partners

Having a business partner is like being married. Forming a partnership is not to be taken lightly as if you choose the wrong partner, the break up can be very messy and difficult. At Hard Money Bankers, we have learned how to have a business partnership with long distances between myself, Jason and Chris. This is able to work for a few reasons. Two of the most important are trust and having the same goals in 100% alignment. We know at any given time that the other partner will most likely be making decisions to head in the direction of a common goal. If we didn't fully trust one and other or had different agendas then it would rip the fabric of the partnership and company apart. If you are looking for a partner in business, spend the time to learn the persons core values, ability to execute and intentions. If everyone is on the same page, it is something that can work out quite well.
