How To - New Construction - Noah Ostroff - Find Contractors

New construction is something that takes a lot of expertise and vision to pull off as a profitable venture. Noah Ostroff is helping us walk through a 'how to' on some of the key aspects. In the first video we looked at land and how to decide if it is a good piece worth buying. In this video we assuming that the land has been purchased and now we have to have the right contractor build it. The contractor will make or break a good deal so it is very important to not be afraid to pay a little extra to get the right execution and end product. You will want to budget for a slightly higher paid contractor up front, but know that it is probably worth it.
