How To - Marketing Plan - Accountability And Execution

In the prior video we discussed identifying your audiences criteria for a marketing campaign and how important it is to put your information in front of the right people. The next part is for you to commit to what you are doing. Many people have a great campaign designed but don't give it the proper support or effort to let it play out. They might run a FB for one day and claim it doesn't work. They might start a campaign and get distracted by other parts of their business and then forget to keep up with it. If you are serious about your marketing, write it down . Hold yourself accountable to the marketing activities you will do. I take my marketing plan very seriously and when a campaign is written on it, it does not come off unless it has been thoroughly tested. I open that file every day to see what kind of marketing I have to get done. Execution is detestably the most important part of a marketing campaign.
