M.O.M. Justin Turner

In this episode of Masters Of The Markets (M.O.M.), we feature Justin Turner. Justin is probably the smartest guy in all of real estate across the entire universe. This might be a slight over statement, but not by much. Justin comes from a very science based background and adapted to real estate by focusing on the numbers. He carries a laid back presentation with a non emotional approach to his investing. If the numbers work he is in and doesn't hesitate. If they don't work, he will pass faster than it was presented. Justin's focus at the current moment is working on very large commercial projects like multi unit buildings and new construction of massive projects. He is constantly dealing with institutional money and knows his way around it. Any at any level of investing will have something to gain in this interview as we discuss the current market conditions and where we are headed. Listen to where Justin sees a potential weakness in the current environment and why.
