How To - Mailers Part 4 - Timing

We touched on this in the last part of the 'How To' series. It is so important that it deserves it's own video. Whenever you build out a mailing campaign be sure to consider the timing of the seller looking to solve their problem by selling their property. Each list will have different hot spots in time that are more crucial to get a piece of mail in front of the individual. For exampel - An eviction list mailer has about a 30 day window before the case goes to court. The marketer will want to make sure they have a campaign that hits the seller as much as possible in that 30 day window because that's the most likely time that someone will look to offload their problem property.
