Multiple Streams Of Revenue Or Income

'Multiple Streams Of Revenue Or Income' is a saying that gets thrown around in the business world quite often. I believe it was Warren Buffett that made it famous. The reason to have multiple sources of income isn't just to acquire more money than having only one stream. It also protects against losing one of the streams and being put in a position where you have a cash flow crunch. In real estate, if you have a balance of rentals and also flip, it can be very beneficial to making sure you stay in the game. I am not an advocate of being a jack of all trades, but if you are able to master two forms of income generating real estate investing techniques, then it can of great use to you. If the market takes a dip, the flipping business is more heavily impacted than the rental market. The rental market will help you sustain down turns and the flip market will help you make a lot more money during and upswing. Consider these basic idea when adding sources of income.
