Use Our Local Contacts - Just Ask

Adding value beyond a primary service is a huge bonus to an end client. We have found at Hard Money Bankers that it is not just about lending money to people. We are good at doing that, but many times, clients benefit from our contacts in the industry. Because we are constantly in communication with flippers, landlords, title companies, attorneys, contractors , builders, wholesalers, Realtors etc, we are able to make very quick connections for clients that are in need. There have been many times that because we made an introduction to two clients, a deal was able to be done. We also believe in offering education and tools to better suit our clients businesses.
