Investment Friendly Realtors And Wholesalers - Pro Tip

One thing my videos constantly address is the need to have consistent deal sources always feeding you. There are many kind of outlets for this such as wholesalers, realtors, sheriff sales, TV, radio, bandit signs etc. Today's focus is on Realtors and wholesalers. Investor friendly Realtors are a fantastic deal source. You are looking for experts in your particular market that specialize in deals. I suggest that if you have access to the MLS , that you isolate the last 1 year of sold properties in your farm area. Then narrow that batch down to all properties within the investment price range. This means that if retail properties are selling for $300,000, you are looking for anything selling for under $150,000. Take a look at the Realtor's moving those properties. There will be several people that pop up constantly. Reach out to them and let them know you are looking to buy. Like investor friendly Realtors are a great source, so are wholesalers. Wholesalers are almost the same thing but they tend to get most of their deals off market. Both are fantastic ways to find your next project.
