Highest and Best Use Of Time - Hard Money Bankers

Day to day activities are what make up the end result of your long term projects in life. In order to make sure you are getting the most out of what you do, you have to be conscious of how you use your time. You should be able to clearly identify the highest and best use of your efforts so you don't find yourself distracted and doing tasks that are not the best use of time. This can be very tricky especially as you move up in a company or investment world. You will many times find yourself doing the things you were doing before the upward move. If you move from starting your own investment business to the CEO of the company with 100 employees, you will struggle to delegate many of the tasks along the way. You will feel that no one else will do the same job as you so you will continue to do certain things that should be delegated. It is very important to identify what it is you can do to have the most impact. If you identify that function, you should be more comfortable delegating tasks rather than wasting your time on the ones that don't have a high impact on your goal.
